We begin by understanding the property, its systems, established arrangements and your preferences. Agreed responsibilities are then managed on your behalf, with routine matters handled directly and decisions presented clearly when your input is required.

Where the residence already benefits from long-standing staff and trusted suppliers, we work with them and preserve continuity. Where new arrangements are required, we identify and coordinate the appropriate support.

Scope of service

Management is structured around the residence, its established arrangements and the responsibilities entrusted to CB Williams Property.

Ongoing property management

We oversee inspections, planned maintenance, repairs, security, keyholding, access, property records and preparation for periods of occupation or absence.

Contractors and suppliers are coordinated from instruction through to completion, including quotation review, scheduling, access and follow-up.

Household coordination

We coordinate established staff and regular suppliers so that responsibilities, schedules and priorities remain clear.

Where a new residence is being established or existing arrangements need to change, we can also assist with recruitment, onboarding and household procedures.

Projects and improvements

CB Williams Property can oversee repairs, improvements and refurbishment works.

Our involvement may include defining the requirement, appointing appropriate professionals, reviewing quotations, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress and reporting to the owner.

Concierge

For retained clients, the service may extend to private occasions at home, guests, private dining, travel, transport, aviation, specialist security and other agreed requirements.

We identify and brief suitable providers, coordinate the arrangements and retain oversight through to delivery.

Routine matters are handled directly. Decisions requiring approval are presented clearly. Urgent matters are escalated in accordance with the agreed procedure. Agreed actions are monitored through to completion.

Recommendations are independent, commercial arrangements are transparent and information is shared only where necessary.

A retained service

Private residence management is provided through an annual retained appointment.

The scope reflects the residence, its existing arrangements and the level of responsibility placed with CB Williams Property. The service can extend to additional residences, projects and concierge requirements as needed.
