A Considered Approach to the Market
Some of the best properties are bought and sold quietly. Through our network of agents, owners, advisers and private contacts, we can identify opportunities before they reach the wider market and, where appropriate, introduce properties discreetly to carefully selected buyers.
An off-market approach is not always the right solution. We assess each opportunity and instruction on its individual merits, providing objective advice on the most appropriate route forward.

Across the South of England, our focus is on Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset. In London, our focus is on established Central and South West locations, including Kensington and Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair, Marylebone, Regent’s Park, St John’s Wood, Fulham, Wandsworth, Battersea and Clapham. We provide informed, independent advice shaped around each client’s requirements and the particular character of the local property market.

Charlie Williams has spent more than two decades advising clients across the UK’s prime residential property market. Having worked with leading firms including Savills, Knight Frank and UK Sotheby’s International Realty, he established CB Williams Property in 2018 to provide private clients with independent, highly personal advice on the acquisition and sale of exceptional homes.
Known for his integrity, discretion and pragmatic advice, Charlie remains personally involved throughout every instruction. Whether representing a buyer or overseeing the strategy and management of a sale, his approach is founded on careful preparation, experienced judgement and clear advice at every stage.
