Founded in 2018, the business combines extensive prime residential experience with established professional relationships and a personal understanding of each client's priorities.

Our searches extend across the open market and through a network of agents, owners and professional contacts. These relationships help us uncover off-market properties, forthcoming instructions and opportunities that may arise through a discreet approach.
We assess each property objectively, explain its strengths and compromises, and negotiate on your behalf. Our role is to help you make a well-informed decision and manage the work required to secure your home.

Charlie Williams founded CB Williams Property in 2018 following a career with Savills, Knight Frank and UK Sotheby's International Realty. He brings more than twenty years' experience in the prime residential property market.
His work combines searches across prime central London with country purchases and rentals in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset & The Cotswolds. Established relationships with agents, property owners and professional advisers support his ability to source homes both on and off market.
Charlie leads each search, combining practical knowledge, clear advice and experienced negotiation. He takes time to understand the client's priorities and manages the work needed to turn their plans into a successful move.
