Our Clients were in the process of selling a large London home and they wanted to find a property to rent in the centre of town, close to the museums, art galleries and restaurants so that they could enjoy easy access to all their favourite places, including the theatres and art galleries, as well as having the ability to entertain and reach the office for meetings. Pied a Terre in Chelsea for U.S Clients

Our Clients primary residence was in New York City but they had spent many years living in London and wanted a pied a terre to visit several times a year to meet friends and have family to stay. The property had to be secure as it would be unoccupied for several months of the year and most importantly it had to be in the heart of Chelsea, within walking distance to the Kings Road and the local restaurants and shops so that they could completely relax and enjoy their visits. After an extensive search we secured them a long term rental in the perfect location with 24 hour security in a beautifully redeveloped historic building, which sits within gated, landscaped grounds.
