1. Requirements and set up meeting
Firstly, we will have a requirements meeting to understand exactly what you are looking for and further details about your buying position and timings.
2. Search phase 1
We search both on and off market and source a selection of properties to present to you.
3. Viewing tour
Having presented the options we will set up a tour of the most appropriate properties together.
4. Search phase 2
Following the property tour we refine the selection and look at additional options as required.
5. Further Viewings
Further viewing tours and second viewings identify where we will potentially make an offer on behalf of our Client.
6. Offer stage
We put together an offer that ensures you have the strongest chance of securing the property at the best price and terms.
7. Deal progression
We will be in touch with all parties throughout the transaction to manage the deal through to Exchange and Completion and recommend surveyors, architects, designers and other professional services as required.
8. Completion
Once the keys are handed over we will be on hand to assist with the settling in process and with any post completion works that we are involved with.
