Tenant Fees and costs:

From 1st June 2019, in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, Tenants will only be liable for the following fees:

  • Holding Deposit: 1 week rent equivalent to be taken when an offer is accepted and is deducted from the move in money at the start of a new Tenancy.

  • Damage Deposit: 5 weeks rent equivalent taken prior to the start of a Tenancy (6 weeks rent equivalent of the rent is more than £50,000 Per Annum).

  • If you withdraw from the Tenancy after offer acceptance you will be liable for administration costs.
